it really depends on what ur doing there if its just to sit in a club and drink soda and nothing else it would be a fine and up to a week in jail...if ur a minor and caught drinking then they put that on u then if ur under 18 and caught smoking then its that...if u get into a fight then is that if u break somethin then its that u could be looking anywhere from a small fine and a week or two of jail time + proby all the way up to possible five years for the class a misdameanor it will be...my mom and dad are cops and so is my brother

You can be arrested if you're caught, technically it is identity theft, though most places wouldn't go that far. If they recognize that it's not you they'll most likely just not let you in. If you intend on using someone elses ID make sure you bring cash to pay with, as most nightclubs require an ID that matches a credit card to start a tab. (not that I condone using someone elses ID)

Since the person is most likely underage, probably just a short time in jail (a few hours) until paperwork is done and the parents can be notified, at least for the first offense. For the other person, assuming he let you borrow it (and that you didn't steal it), it could be a while in jail (30 days on first offense, 3 months on second offense) and a large fine (to my understanding at least $500 and could be up to $1,000).

If you are underage, some. It would depend on how much you irritated the cop who detained you.
Criminal impersonation is when you impersonate someone else for the purposes of committing a crime. This would probably be the worst that could happen and you could do some serious prison time. Usually, however, its treated as a minor offense, if at all.

Most of the time none..but if the club is raided, if there is an accident, or a fight you will wind up in jail until they figure out who you are, and your parents arrive to get you..clubs that let under agers in are more likely to be the kind of places getting raided or having fights..is it worth it?? Up to you and whoevers id you have...they will get in trouble for contributing to the delinquency of a minor!

I've never heard of anyone getting in any trouble. It happens so often, nothing much is done about it. You may get the id taken, but you can usually bribe the bouncer to get it back anyway.
No big deal at all.

In every state I know of it is a criminal act to use another's driver's license as your own. It may be true that few get caught & even fewer get arrested, but it could be just your luck that an angry cop, state beverage officer, or just a crackdown on false licenses happens to be going on in the same place you are.

It depends on which state you are in. In the State of Florida, depending on the circumstances and to what degree you use the ID, you can be sentenced to jail or prison.
