I'm very sorry that you asked this ridiculous question. It is sad that you ask such an improper--a basic CIVICS question, which we all should have learned in the fifth grade. Words not express the level of stupidity and ignorance that you are displaying. Moreover, I refuse on all that Good and Just, to answer your question. On that basis that you have google, wikipedia, and other search engines at your disposal. In lieu of using these resources, you have chosen to open pandora's box, turning this question board into a debate of a basic Civics concept. I hope you are happy.
