I think the stress might do more harm to your fetus than your diet. Stop worrying and just ask your doctor or nutritionist.

I am the exact same way, and crackers or ginger ale never helped me.
The only thing that I can stomach is rice with some salt and pepper, sometimes a little soy sauce on top. When I need veggies I eat broccoli and cauliflower dipped in dressing. Try eating things that are bland and have no smell. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!

oh no, i totally feel for you. i experienced the worst during my first 3 months, but for you to feel like this at 4.5mths pregnant is just terrible. naturally if you can't eat anything you need to go to the hospital and they will give you some nutrients for you and the baby through a drip. (if you haven't had a drip before, don't worry, i hated the thought of it, but it wasn't that bad!) otherwise try everything and anything. we have heaps of packets of uneaten food in our cupboards that my husband would buy, i'd try to eat it and couldn't. it's trial and error. if you find something that works stick to it. don't worry what it is. if it's junk food that's better than nothing. good luck.

If the smell is bothering you, try putting vicks in your nose to block the smell. Also, because you're so small for your height, I think you should talk to the dr who can perscribe you some meds for the sickness, you need to eat for your baby and you definitely need help to put on weight. Even if the only thing you can stand is doritos or cheetos, or mac and cheese, or ice cream, eat it!!
Also try the preggy shakes...I think ensure makes them.

if your morning sickness is still that bad and the medicine isnt helping, you need to go back to your OB and tell them about it. you need to be gaining weight at this point in your pregnancy. you need to relax and find someway to destress because its not good for you or the baby. have your partner treat you to a massage at the spa something like that. but you really need to go back to your ob and see what they say. Good luck!

Not good. You aren't eating for two, but close. See what you can manage - milk, fruit (bananas), convalescent type foods (Complan in the UK).

Tell your doctor at your next checkup as well.

you need to try some saltines and ginger ale or 7up. if you absolutely cannot keep anything down you need to go to ER where they can start an IV and give you some phenergan or reglan to help
