oh boy... dating more than one person is fine as long as everyone involved knows the field is open. But you can't date others if you agreed to be monogamous. Just the way it is. If you don't like the rule, find someone else who plays by yours.
There are plenty of girls out there.

well, I don't think it's wrong to date more than one woman. Hell, I've dated three men at the same time. However, if you and a particular person decide to date EXCLUSIVELY, then yeah, the rest of the peeps have to go. You don't want to piss off your new boyfriend or girlfriend.

If you do not let them think they are the 'only' one - it's not wrong. If you (as some guys do) tell them you love them, they then assume you mean 'only' them. You need to play fair, let them know they're not your only. And if by 'date' you mean 'have sex' - then you put yourself in danger of multiple stds and that's not cool, and neither is passing them around.
Bottom line: if you're honest with the ladies, it's NOT wrong.
