I have been offered T.Barber for T.Owens I am pretty deep at WR but Owens has 5 td's in 6 games Barber has none all year, so should I do it?

The big question is this: Yardage vs TD's

TO will get his share of TD's, no matter who the passer is, but he won't be like Barber and rack up 2000 total yards. However, TO gets at least 10-16 TD's every season, and he's on pace for at least 15 this season. He will probably end up with 1200 yards and 15 TD's, (assuming 10 yds = 1 pt, 1 TD = 6 pt), that's 210 PTs for TO. WR's are also less likely to fumble for turnover than RB, so let's give TO 200 pts for the season.
Barber on the other hand, is on pace for at least 1500 Rush yards and 500 receiving yards, totaling 2000 yards. That's 200 PTs already right there. Despite not having a TD yet, it's inevidible he will get at least 5, adding to 230 pts, but he might fumble here and there(which he has already), 215 on the season for Barber.

Assuming neither is the recipent of a 2pt conversion or some weird play where they pass the ball like LT or someone.

So the question is: 215(Barber) vs 200(Owens)

Fair trade? I'd say yes, but by estimates, that's a close call. Since you have depth at WR, I would make the trade, but just for kicks and giggles, who else do you have at WR and who do you have for RB? That can make a difference too.

Definitely. barber has the leading yards in fantasy football and you say you have deep re4ceivers so win it with a back like Tiki Barber.

Well if you want to win pick up Barber. Running backs are more consistent.

thats a no-brainer, trade him right away.
T.O. will let you down sooner or later.
its barbers last year, and he is playing very well recently, he'll eventually get some TD's.

do you need an RB? i'd counter to see if the person might give up something else to get owens.

otherwise, it's a pretty good trade.
