How did you hear about Yahoo! Answers? And why did you decide to be a part of it?
(I was because they invited me on or otherwise I still wouldn't be on here today).

Oh, sorry. I meant to say that they sent me an e-mail about it, the Yahoo! Answers team. That's how I got hooked on it. My siblings get so mad every time I mention about it to them. ^_^

It was a pure accident.I only had just bought this computer,and I wanted to find out some information so I could help my brother.I spotted a little green symbol that said answers,I thought,wow,this computer is high tech,so I clicked on the symbol.At first I was a little confused,as I tried to keep typing in a question,and it wasn't working,so in the meantime,I answered a few question,and I ended up getting a few best answers..That's when I realised what this site was all about.I have never yet asked the question that I wanted to ask at the start,as I have answered a few of those question myself and have also picked up some good advice and peoples different perspectives along the way regarding the topic.I still don't really know why I kept coming back on here.I suppose it's a cross between some times I am a little bored,and maybe I can give some one the advice that they may be looking for.

I was doing something else in Yahoo, then I think I sad the tiny ad, and I got intruigued! Haven't really let go ever since! It's fun to have personnal answers as opposed to just reading it from somewhere! I also like the avatars either the ones from Yahoo, or the more personalized ones. It's fun , entertaining, and I get to know about myself also!

I was wondering about something one day and I saw the link and decided to check it out. I thought there was a team of experts ready to research and answer every question asked. I had no idea it was regular people like myself. I've been having so much fun.

It was an accident for me. I saw it as a link on my yahoo page & I clicked it to see what it was. Been here ever since & probably always will be. It's just so fun & addicting that it's freaky.
