I'm not sure that you can.

UK Acts of Parliament from 1988 onwards are on the Office of Public Sector Information. So later Housing Acts (which amend the 1985 Act) are there.

Quite a lot of that Act has been amended by later legislation.

Maybe contact your local Council and speak to the Housing Office - they should have a copy
