My husband just got a vesectomy reversal about 5 months ago. He was fixed for 9 yrs. I haven't been on any birth control in 6 yrs. His sperm count is already high (15-20 mill) and he is taking fertility pills. I know it's still early, but does anyone have suggestions on things we can do to try to get preg sooner???

Does anyone

this worked for my friend

Go to your local grocery store and but a bottle of Folic Acid vitamin supplements. Take 400mcg a day until you have luck in conceiving. Dr. told her to do it she tried everything else.

Try and have an orgasm after your partner does...this opens your cervix and allows the sperm to swim easier.

15-20 million is low. a normal sperm count would be about 200 million.

Put your legs up against the wall after sex. My friend's doctor suggested that and she got pregnant shortly after. Just let gravity do its work.
