No matter what a few million do in the UK it won't stop the billions in China/India/Brazil massively increasing their CO2 emissions.

China India Brazil will not pollute the planet as long as Europe and U. S. in their industrializing cycle.

We've had longer experience at making "pollution" and puzzling over its effects.

Every little helps. At the same time, though, there is a little bit of cultural superiority on this within the "Labour" higher ups (so called because they seem rather distanced from the party they represent). I guess it's just the result of 8 years in office.

Simple. Bush is the ways is he cuz he thinks no one will ever fight back againest america. Well think about it. Who, or what country is really big enough to tangle with us? we have the bigger army. We have more nukes. We have a bigger air force. Bigger navy. the only thing is china has 2 billion people they throw at us. LOL! And well North Karoa has nukes we all of now. But really how good are they?? So that is why bush is so cocky.
