If you absolutely had to choose between a really hot girl who might or might not have a good personality or a girl who's average looking but has a great personality and you totally clicked with, who would you choose? What do you guys look for most in a woman?

Yes personality is much more important than those transient good looks.
I met my (now) wife on the internet - we just started to communicate with each other long before we knew what the other looked like. I guess you could say that we got to know the inside before the outside. Now we are so happily married.
Her good looks are a bonus.

Personality. I'd prefer a mix of both, but as long as she's not hideous, I'd rather have a girl I could stand being with when we're not having sex.
