Because they don't take this website seriously. They are just making fun of it, getting attention, or they're just plain stupid.

Says alot about that person, huh? The Yahoo! Answers team tries to keep this to a minimum with the use of "fill-in" symbols like the asterisk and such, but still, their point gets across, as does their foul intentions! The system will not allow obvious words detected like, well, if I could spell it, it would look like these anyway: ***, ****, ****, etc...you get the point. Still, people will personalize and work around the system by filling in their own blanks, their way, like: a**hole, f**k, sh*t, etc...you get the point even more so, this way!

The system shouldn't allow it. As for the people posting the questions in a "colorful language", they probably think it's cute and funny, when in reality it shows a lack of intellect.

Because they think they are being super smart and clever. I hate it when people do post questions with foul language, because i think it spoils the whole idea of Yahoo questions and answers.

Some people have no class in the world, i guess...you would think some people should know how to conduct themselves in a proper and correct manner so that nobody gets offended, that;s my theory.
Why the system allows is anybody's guess...maybe it will improve over time

The 'system' is broken. Haven't you noticed?
The 'Thought Police' are overwhelmed by the true terrorists, and have little resources left to police the idiots that make up 50% of our population that are below average in Intelligence Quotient.
Tough job trying to elevate idiots who are so self absorbed in drugs and alcohol.

Foul language can be highly expressive! But the system doesn't allow too much. Thank God, it doesn't censor everything! That would destroy thought and creativity.

I wouldn't think it would allow it either, but I just ignore those questions. If they are using fowl language it is just a lack of knowledge. They are just being immature, they think they are cool when they do it.
