I'm not sure I understand the question. These guys never quit, until they're dead or beaten. I suppect there is no job that compares when you consider the pay and power of the position.

Did you just land from Mars? Trent Lott is the incumbent, and the strong favorite to remain in office.

I thought he wasn't running this year. Kinda sad I think, even though i'm pretty liberal minded, I like to listen to him, and would even support him for president.
