71m = a *(5.9/2)^2 solve for (a)

a is your linear acceleration

circumfrance of wheel = .43 *2*(pi).
divide a by circumfrance and get angular acceleration in rev's and conver to rad/s ( I think there are 2 *pi rads per rev)

to find final velocity, a*5.9 = V
