Good life and many social events: Limburg, Belgium
Dangerous life: Albania
Is it easy to move to: again, that depnds where you are coming from. If you are western European, you have no worries, you can go where you like. If you are Eastern European, there are restrictions... if you are american, you can travel where you like but only stay for a while and it will be hard to get a work permit
