Most of the jewellers in London should be able to do something. Either plate it in gold, or re-create it in solid gold.
Plating is probably the cheaper method and although is hard wearing there is a risk that the plating will wear down over time.
They can also make a mould of your ring and then pour in molten gold to create an exact match. You could choose yellow, white or rose gold depending on which you prefer.
One I can recommend, as I work for them, is Mappin & Webb. You'll find them in Regent Street, Fenchurch Street and Brompton Road. I'm not too sure of the price, but someone there should be able to give you an idea.

I am not familiar with London, but I am sure of you call a local jeweler they can tell you where to have that done. I am sure most would do that. Gold plating.
