I need help with a blog?

I have a blog and I can add links, can I put websites that aren't mine, but there are comics on there, they can be veiw publicly and not publicly.

yeah, either add their link at the end of the comment or just post the link so people can go directly to their site

Most people do it. Be careful, and be sure to link where you got the material.
