If you have removed all memory from the mp3 player, such as every song, including the demo, you may not be able to load anything onto it.
However, try getting a memory card and load that, otherwise you might be So Outta Luck.

make sure the tracks are mp3 ok,and pick a track,right click,then send to ,select drive e or f whatever the device shows as and send,you should see on mp3 player it reading as dwn,i e downloading
