Usually. I've learned not to use that phrase, because it could always be worse than what is going on at that moment.

Being truely Psychic, I never get a chance to say that, because if I go and start joking, people die. I just run around yelling "It is going to be getting a LOT worse! Run and hide while you can!".

Everyone points at me and laughs, and then the huge magma surge, earthquake, or tsunami overwhelms them, but, by then, I am far away on a nice beach, soaking up the sun, waiting for the next catastrophe...

yes, I warned all those folks on Mt. St. Helens, etc. They sure had a complacent attitude!

My son got a ticket. He figured, it can't get any worse - so he kept on going along just the way he was. What're the odds, right? Next town he came to, he got another speeding ticket. two in one day. I don't think he wanted to try for 3.

yeah cuz the minute i said that a water bottle slidd under the brake so the brake wouldnt go down and i ran smack into the back of someone lol.
