Why should you care?! As long as they provide a loving home and a loving envirment for the child it is none of our buysness...I dont see any one diging into the back ground of some middle class faimly and putting it on the news!

Famous and rich people get to live by different rules than the rest of the world. I think Madonna will love the baby and give the child a good home, or at least the best that money can buy. Anything sounds better then what's in store for that baby if she does not adopt her. I do agree with you about all of the children who are in need of adoptive families right here in the USA. They are not cute little lovable babies anymore and not many of them get adopted. That's sad. I disagree with you about cross-racial adoptions being wrong. So many of my friends, my children's friends and my grandchildren's friends are of mixed race. I can't see that adopting a child of a different race would matter much at all to a child's happiness and well being. So many children now have 1 black parent, 1 white parent or maybe 1 Mexican-American parent and 1 white or Asian or black parent. I don't think people think twice about it anymore.

its the same as NON famous people adopting babies from other countries, except its not all over the news! I think people need to mind their own business. It should only be on the news if they adopt these kids and then beat the crap out of them. But if these kids are going to good homes and loving families then why should they not be allowed to adopt them?? They speed up the process by donating money to the community they adopt the kids from...if you ran that community wouldn't you allow them to adopt ahead of others? I think it is great.

I don't have anything against it since adopting a child with no family is a wonderful thing, but people should look at how many children in the US needs homes too.

I think its a admiral thing for anyone famous or not to do....there are a lot of parents right here in the U.S. who abandon children to institutions....if you have room in your heat and wallet.....it should be something more of us is willing to do...
I'm raising 2 step-children w/NO help from dear mom, its hard, but the fact is children cant raise themselves...and not "ALL" parents have the where-with-all or faculties to even have children.....

Angelina, tom cruise and others have done it without any fanfare or publicity. I believe this will be the new celebrity way of drawing attention to themselves selfishly.
