Is it normal for your belly to be hard threw your second month?

iam 13 weeks but my belly has been hard since i was 10weeks could i have twins?

You can, but it can be hard from one baby too... YOU ARE PREGNANT... And I just answered this question for you 2 seconds ago when you worded it differently.

Get an ultrasound. That will tell you everything. And it isn't harmful to you or your baby.

not necessarily. when you are pregnant you uterus become more prominent and easier to palpate (feel)
