Lunges and squats are always good!

Also, go on your hands and knees. Keep your arms from your elbow to your wrist flat on the floor. Lift up your leg straight back and up. Keep your leg so that it stays bent, but your foot is facing the ceiling.

Check out shape.com for more good workouts - you can select the individual body areas that you want to work out - that you can do at home or at the gym! I know they have two or three good butt workouts.

Get off of it and do anything , like walking.
