Mentally - we have the power to change our thought processes, but sometimes our emotions get the best of us. What would you change about your character that you have a hard time doing?
Physically - seems like most people find more faults in their physical appearance than internal? Why is that when we have more power to change our character but yet most people spend more time on worrying about the outside? Anyways, what would you change about yourself physically?
Now the hard question. Why would you change these things?

Mentally...I really love who i am today, if i did not go Through what I did in the past and learned and grew from it. I would not be who i am today. so i would not change anything about me. mentally. I am smart, confident and a wonderful wife and mother.
Physically, I could lose about 5 to 6 pounds and i think i will do it soon. So no worries. I think i love the way i look. I am beautiful, i have been told that i look about 29 and i am 43 with 2 kids. so I don't think i would do anything other than work out and lose those 6 pounds. My husband thinks I am sexy and hot.

Hmm. Mentally -- I'd be more dedicated about focusing on things I want to accomplish, instead of automatically falling in to support what other people want. I'd get more done that way, and not get so sidetracked, especially by people whose goals deserve questioning.
Emotionally (I know, you didn't ask, but why not go for the trifecta?)/Spiritually -- I'd be less judgemental. I do think things I'm not proud of, and my interior life would be more comfortable if it were cleaner in there. I'd change this because I'm trying to be a better person. Gives me something to work on.
Physically -- gee, I'd not have diabetes, or arthritis, or nagging pain from old (serious) injuries, for what I think are obvious reasons.

MENTALLY - gaining courage and getting less stressed b/c I always ask myself "WHAT IF?" questions and I have a hard time public speaking and sharing my opinion if it's different from the others or it will get shot down, so I need to be more courageous.
PHYSICALLY - my weight b/c I have a hard time gaining it.
SPIRITUALLY - relationship with God b/c I don't feel like I'm connected enough and sometimes I feel very distant from Him.

I wish I were less sensitive.
I would like to reverse the ravages of aging. I don't mind being old, but the decay and disintegration of the body is very distressing because I'm still the same person I was at twenty inside.

This society has become very superficial. It is a shallow life we lead when all we lthink about is what should be on the outside like appearance and possesions. What I would most like to change about myself is the never ending searech for myself.

I need more self discipline. I have a hard time convincing myself to do (or not to do) somethings.
Physically, lose ten pounds.
Why? Self discipline branches off to practically every problem I have. School, socially, then physically. If I had that self discipline, I could lose that ten pounds.
I work on it, but I still could use some more!

Mentally - I wish I could be more trusting. Life sure is hard when you dont trust.
Physically - Not to sound conceited but I'm happy with what I have. I of course would wish that I didn't get old but we all know that's not going to happen.

Mentally I want to throw away the baseball bat which I use daily complete with the "must do this and that "list.
Physically I am fortunate to be over the hill and happy in my own skin finally!

I'd transport myself back to the body I had 20 years ago, with the wisdom I have now. Boy would I be someone to contend with!
