My son has come back to live with me full time and the clerk office told me there is a form on the internet I can use to get this done without hiring an attorney but i can't find it only ones I find is the ones you pay for and they are for divorce. We are already divorced I just need to modify the custody.

You are going to have to actually have a Court hearing regarding the modification of child custody. There should be a form on the website where you can request a hearing to modify child custody and you don't need an attorney to do that. If not there should be a phone number to the Court where you can call and get information on how to file the paperwork.

the clerk who told you should have them also,

you still need to file a MODIFICATION< of the divorce papers, there isnt a paper just for custody, you file like you did for a divorce and in the section where it says modification change it there,

look through your paperwork, and see what you did for custodial parent and joint custody, You just need a Custodial parent change, not a Custody change, I beleive he can also write a letter to the court with your case number on it and file it as a amendmant to your paperwork
