Red cabbage juice acts as a pH indicator. Lemon juice is acidic (pH = 2.4), and red cabbage juice remains red (or maybe slightly purple) in acid of that strength. Bleach is alkaline (pH = 12.5), which makes the red cabbage juice turn greenish yellow.

you would have a rather smelly concoction id say, but other than that the out comes are limitless. possible uses could be, filling water balloons and throwing them at people and making them stink or putting ice cubes in it and selling it at a lemonaide stand and watching people get sick to theyre stomache. but hey, i dont really know i just saw the question and thought hey thats pretty sick sounding, that could be useful. alright, good luck with the cabbage juice and lemon juice. peace.
