1. connect usb
2. follw the wizard -if it appears
3. insert cd disc coming with webcam -if any
4. use a program like Nero capable of BURN DIRECTLY CAPTURED IMAGES.
5. ASK AGAIN.
6. CONTACT WEBSITE of webcam manufacturer.

Use the software it came with, OR, use Yahoo messenger.
