Nope, never were. A lot of supposed false alarms though they made a big deal out of--like some so-called mobile biological weapons platforms, which turned out to be regular trucks.
Of course, the CIA reported to Bush & Co before we invaded that there were none, yet he and his cronies continued to report they were there. One of the reasons the old Secty of State, Colin Powell, quit--he was given false info and he used it publicly, causing him much embarrassement.
