I you must convert to the same units.

0.0056 sq. kilometers * 1000 m/km * 1000 m/km = 5600 sq. km.

The ratio 160/5600 = 1/n

Thus n = 5600/160
n = 35

So the ratio is 1 : 35

both the antecedent and the consequent should be in the same units and 1 square km=10^6 square metres
160:0.0056*10^6
=160:5600
=1:35

1 km=1000m
1 sq km =1000^2 sq m
1 sq km =1000000 sq m
so 0.0056 sq km = 5600 sq m
so ratio is 160 sq m : 5600 sq m
which equals 1:35

Hope that helps
