I would say brandon roy will have the best fantasy impact as a rook...He is a solid guard and will get solid minutes.

Keepers league are always fun and there are prospects to choose. I would recommend several for your keeper league among rookies:
Andrea Bargnani, C Raptors: The future of this organization heavinly relies on the double B (Bosh and Bargnani) and although he might not make an impact this year, he's worth a look, considering the history of #1 pick that are C (Shaq, Yao, Bogut).
LaMarcus Aldridge, F Portland: It seems that trouble lurks among Portland players and there trying to surround the franchise with Aldridge as their future (Randolph is running out of time to make up with Portland and the team is rebuilding).
Adam Morrison, F Charlotte: Easily this year ROTY, Morrison should get heavy minutes in a depleted team that's going nowhere for a while.
Tyrus Thomas, F Chicago: P.J. Brown is a one year rental and Thomas should breakout by the second year.
There's a lot more rookies to choose from but I'm only listing the top 4 picks from this years draft.
