Well as long as it's just Jello in the Jello shots I guess it would be okay. You know though a lot of people won't take homemade gifts because some people can be really mean and cruel.

I think if my kids got one, you'd be getting a visit from the police. If you're just giving them to the adults, cool , but check your local laws; you may be liable if they are involved in an accident.
