I know that OH has space on the state gov't. website for small business. You can even set it up to give you information pertinent to you depending on business type...So my advice is to check local and state gov't for the requirements...all else fails, get a lawyer that specializes in small business.

I suggest start with writing your plan and then come back with more specific questions.
