I use MS Word to make cards for my boss. Like the first person who answered said.

You will have to buy the cards then go into Word and set it up for business cards and you can design and print them. The instructions in the box of cards will tell you how to set it up for business cards

I believe MS Word has a template for that. Tools, letters and mailings, envelopes and labels, options, #3612 is for business cards. You just need the sheets or cardstock and a papercutter.

You can buy the cards at Staples or Target and then just print them at home. The website has a template with fonts and graphics to help you. It is very, very user friendly.
