AS a RN, I have known people that are lactose intolerant, the symptoms is a feeling of fullness, gas , sick stomach, but I never heard of the symptoms you state, unless you have an allergic reaction to the milk, and ice cream of cause. I would check it out with an allergist.

Personally, I do not think it is lactose intolerance. I am and those are not my symptoms. Allergies sound more like it. Milk stays down fine but the gas and bloating and cramping are bad with lactose intolerance. Good luck

You are lactose intolerant. You are mildly, what you can do is have a smaller serving. With cheese, you are not eatting as much as you do of milk or ice cream, that is why you are okay with that. Try, almond milk, it does not taste like soy, it is better. As for icecream, do save it for every other dessert and try fruit smoothies!

I pray that this info helps!

You are probaly lactose intolerant meaning dairy products don't agree with you. Try taking a pill called lactaid you get it in the drug section of the store. You take one or two if you're really bad just before having milk or dairy. I take it with my cereal so I can have milk. It works great. Good luck

Sounds like you're lactose intolerant.

Cheese can be thought of basically as concentrated milk when considering the amount of milk solids it contains versus liquid milk itself. So a resounding "no" is your answer.

Sounds like you have lactose intolerance. Stop drinking milk and eating ice cream.

Well, perhaps you are lactose intolerant?

Or maybe the food was bad in some way or another. Maybe too old or not cleaned enough. Like e-coli but for dairy products, I don't know if it exists but maybe.

Mammalians aren't meant to drink milk once they've been weaned.
