A feminist can be of any gender. There are many different ideologies of feminism, from grassroots to corporate. Just as there are millions of different people in the world, so too, are there millions of different interpretions of feminism. Some, see feminism as the liberation of womyn, some as simple issues such as equal pay, other's argue that it isn't simply a matter of equality, but rather celebrating the uniqueness of the feminine.
Other's are spiritual feminists, enivornmental feminists, men against sexual assult, a radical feminist, a liberal feminist, post-feminists, etc etc.
There really isn't one definition of a feminist.

Feminism is a diverse collection of social theories, political movements and moral philosophies, largely motivated by or concerned with the experiences of women. Most feminists are especially concerned with social, political and economic inequality between men and women (in the context of it being to the disadvantage of women); some have argued that gendered and sexed identities, such as "man" and "woman", are socially constructed.

You can spot (and smell) a feminist from a mile away. And if you are a man everything is your fault, including rotation of the Earth. Hope this helps.
