Is the resell on DR Horton homes good or bad?

Looking at purchasing a DR Horton home in New Braunfels, TX and I am just curious if anyone knows if the resell for these homes are good or bad.

dr horton homes hold their value as well as any, but it also depends on where they are built. dr horton has a very good rep in the industry..

I like their homes. Order the attached covered patio and the radiant barier as upgrades. They'll pay back in utilities, use and resale.
