Does anyone know where I could get a Marie Antoinette dress or something similar? Nothing flimsy and generally crappy... I want something good quality. Or a plain dress I could customize?

I don't know about the dress, but your local supermarket should be able to sell you some nice cake.

Don't know that. But i have touched the guillotine blade which beheaded her. Her dress too.

i would think any of her dresses would be in a museum by now and too fragile to wear.

costume shops or ebay..another place to try is local theaters..they may be willing to sell you one or borrow..
