i have recently purchased a large quantity (perfectly legally), of n20, nitrous oxide, laughing gas. Whatever u want to call it??, i have been told by several club owners that i need a license to sell this product in their club, if anybody knows where i can purchase this license it would be very helpfull. Thankyou

First off, quit calling it "laughing gas" and start calling it nitrous oxide.

Unless you are a dentist I do not think that you can legally buy nitrous oxide.
