I think I might have an Infection in my Vagina from piss what can i do to make it stop hurting. Please don't say docter hat do people do for babies when this happens?

drink lots of water to flush out the infection if it's a minor one. also drink cranberry juice but no more than 3 cups a day. u can also get over the counter pills that will take away the symptoms (burning, pain).
if a baby has this condition they need to be rushed to the doctor or a hospital because they can very easily have a kidney infection which is deadly by the time it is noticed.

If you have a urinary tract infection the only way to cure it is to get antibiotics, an infection just doesn't go away without treatment and if it is a urinary tract infection and you don't go to the dr's it can really affect you're urethra and could cause kidney damage if it doesnt go away. When you go to the dr's all they make you do is pee in a cup they test it and give you medicine..you won't feel good the first two days but after that you'll be much better. The reason you get a UTI is because fecies gets into your vagina by the way you wipe or you can get it from not peeing after sex. To prevent you're self from getting them take cranberry suplements and always wipe front to back and urinate after sex. This is serious and you need to see a dr. asap...

I would go to the doctor or clinic. You could have a yeast infection or an urinary track infection (UTI). This is nothing to full around with. You should drink a lot of water and cranberry juice until your pee is clear. And remember to wipe from your front to your back to not get any bacteria in your tube. That may be how you got it in the first place.

Well, if you don't want to go to your doctor, the problem could get worse ( the infection can spread to the kidneys).
in the meantime:
Wipe from front to back
Drink 100% cranberry juice (if you get something like cranberry cocktail, it is mainly full of sugar, which can make the infection worse).
Drink plenty of water
Pee before and after sex
Wear cotton underwear that is loose
You can also pick up some AZO Urinary pain pills at the pharmacy-this does not cure the infection, it only numbs the pain

If it's a urinary tract infection, drinking a lot of water will usually clear out the bacteria. I mean, enough water that you pee clear. If you don't feel better within few days, you may need antibiotics. Symptoms of UTI include burning during urination, incontinence, and urine that has a weird odor. I have no idea what to do for a baby. Sorry.

Urine will not cause a vaginal infection.
You either have a urinary tract infection, which needs to be treated with prescription antibiotics (or you risk a kidney infection, and, trust me, you don't want that) OR vaginitis. If it's a vaginal infection caused by candida ("yeast infection") - you'll know by the cheesy white discharge - you can treat it with over the counter Monistat.
Babies don't typically get urinary tract infections. When they do, they get antibiotics. If it happens frequently, they get tested for anatomic abnormalities.

If its a urinary infection try something from the Chemist. But it you do nothing it can cause problems for your kidneys and oh oh youve got trouble.
Go to the Chemist and get this salty stuff you mix with water, clears it all up.

I keep on getting a urinal infection and i took medication (antibiotics and concentrated pills with cranberries extract) but it didnt go away completely. Now it has gone worse again and i have started another treatement. It didnt go away after this one either. I am sick of being a doctor`s cobai. What can I do? I am using condoms.... can it be from there?

I am married (in Dec'06). before 7 to 8 mths ago i also suffer from same. Firstly i consulted gynac. but nothing happen I went to urologists who gave me tablets i.e. 'zorna' (confirm with the chemist or doc. may be spelling mistake in the name) which solve my problem of unrinary infection.
