If your name is on that note, and it doesn't get paid, it fill foul up your credit rating. If you keep paying, you'll get your half of the money back when the property settlement is completed.

If you name is NOT on that note, let her figure it out.

If the car was in both of your names, yes, you still have to pay it and also if your State is a community State you are still held liable for the car. It seems unfair but that is usually how it goes. Just make sure that the car not is getting paid because you don't want it to bite you in your butt later on.

When your wife left and took that car with her it became her sole responsibility to pay the car note at least that is what my attorney told me during my divorce when my ex wanted me to do the same thing yours wants you to do.

Tell her sure you will , if she can give you half the car, split it right now the middle. Being that this is not possible, she should have thought about the car note before she decided to leave.

Depends. If the two of you are on the loan, I would if I was you. To keep it from going back on both your credit. Otherwise put it in the divorce papers. Let court decide.

Whosee name is the car in? Whos name is the loan in? If the answer to both is you then you should take the car and pay for it because it is not her car! If the answer is her name then it is hers and she should pay for it!

That depends on your respective incomes. Will your paying be necessary for her to go to school or find a job? Were you paying before?

I don't think so. She doesn't want you, but she stills wants to use you? Women like that give decent women a bad name. Tell her to shove it up her **** and rotate.

Oh..Wait a minute. You're not a wife beater are you? Did you cheat on her? Degrade her? What have you done Mister?!?
