He has done messed up 6 whole years of my life and I just want him out how can I tell him? He can see our daughter whenever he wants thats not the case, but I really am over him and hurt of the things his done in the past and want to just be friends and have him not try and stay over anymore help this is ruining my self-esteem and making me fall into his trap and I don't want that. Please anyone any advice gladly appriciated.

You have to be straight forward and mean what you say. If you say you are going to do something, then DO IT! I know you probably don't want to see him hurt or in an ordeal with the law but he has to respect your wishes and BOUNCE!!!!! You can't keep letting him get away with walking over you and not listening to your wishes! He wouldn't want any guy doing this to his daughter and getting away with it.

you were weak before so he expects you will be weak again, seems that's the way you are, so he's waiting till you give in.

Men can't be friends with women, period. So yes he does understand friends, and he understands friends with benefits. You're using the wrong word.

Certainly if you want your life back you can talk with your attorney and set up certain days he can see your daughter and take her to his home if he has one. Which is worse?

Girl you are sending him mixed signals ..if you want him out it means stay out..he will always will be in your life because of your daughter but it doesn't mean he has to enter your house..if you have a court order visitation follow it if you don't then tell him AGAIN i don't want you here when he wants to visit his daughter meet him somewhere to drop her off and pick her up...if you want supervision then get someone to supervise you both now and trust or go to the local court and file for visitation and they will assign a visit time and place and if he messes up then he'll be in contempt of court...and just a comment when i read this and you said "he has done messed up 6 whole years of my life" that just sounds like you blame him for your daughter it took two and how would you feel if your daughter could read and saw this she may have not been planned but she isn't a mess up

Sounds like you made a huge mistake by letting him back in the house. You are making your daughters life very confusing by daddy moving out then back in now you are going to kick him out again. I would say your number one concern right now needs to be your daughter and what is best for her.

Just kick his *** out of your house. Easy as pie. Set his **** outside lock the door leave a note that says later don't come back unless your going to see your daughter.

go get yourself a journal and write down EVERY SINGLE BAD OR SHITTY THING HE HAS DONE TO YOU. If you get the urge to take him back, read the journal first and I guarantee you'll change your mind.

Just be like "Get out of my house." and file a police report.
