I follow Christ's way: He fought for peace in a peaceful way, preaching God's Kingdom. He did not use the sword to annihilate his oppressors.

Fight might be not so appropriate a word but you may negotiatie peace in a civilized world. Debate is more appropriate a word. However as two brothers at the age of 9 and 11 wrestling around in the grass over the ball they were playing one becomes the victor and that is an animal instinct. It may be a way in that fashion for familiarity for sibling rivalry, and yet the love between them keeps them from really fighting and injuring one another badly. Caine killed Abel and that was his brother and that was pure and unadulterated murder, from jealousy and greed. There is no love in that subject and without Love you have no War it becomes Murder. Yes you may fight but to what end? And by the way there is no War in Heaven and your description is Heaven and there is no Heaven on Earth but the law is all is fair in love and war on earth, but it is illegal in Heaven. That is why we are here and not heaven

Peace doen't have to be the opposite to fighting in that manner, since both peace and fight can take place on many different levels. For example, you can fight, as in struggle, for peace of mind.

Peace is defined by fighting/war. War is defined by peace. War without peace, or peace without war, would have no meaning. Thus, the only way for peace is war.

Sure you can - if an aggressor attacks, you'd better fight.
World War II is a good example.
But I must admit, it does remind me of the old bumper sticker:
Support mental health or I'll kill you.
