The president is known, especially among the Secret Service circles, as POTUS - President Of The United States.
His wife, if any, is FLOTUS - First Lady Of The United States.
Under your scenario, perhaps FGOTUS - First Gentleman....
Of course, if Hillary gets elected, it's wide open for what to call Bubba..... ;)
