i mean when will americans vote for the green party that has no negative ads and since are not allowed to debate with republikastans and democrats they will be perfect to make the world more peacful with no more oil wars.

the green party just gives votes to the Republican party because these people would probally vote democrat. So the answer to your question is never.

I think we still need a few more million years of biological evolution to get to a point where intelligence is the majority...sorry to say.
