first off...sit down with them and show them that you want to be an adult...and bring your concern out onto the table..if that is the case then ask them what changes you need to make and what contributions you need to make to the household that will change their mind..and then really go out on a limb and ask them to help you plan an exit stradigy..first a date in which you plan to be out of their house...some credits that may land you a better job..saving money etc....if you approach it as an adult they just may treat you like one...but part of being an adult is knowing when to leave and get out on your own....maybe you could also start to look for a friend or two to share an apartment..either way its time to grow up...good luck and welcome to the real world.

You need to get on your grind - start applying to other companies that are willing to pay more for entry level positions. You need to approach your parents and apologize for whatever you did wrong (i'm sure they won't kick you out for no reason) and tell them that you are ready to grow up and become an adult. Hunny, if you are over 18 there is no reason why you should be working for minimum wage. Companies such as Sprint, Macy's, Target, Walmart, Commerce Bank, T-mobile and many more offer great wages to entry level applicants. Start saving whatever you can. It's time to start cutting corners and preparing yourself for a life on your own. Reason and Bargain with your parents and if they still want to kick you out - find a family member that you can stay with until you save money to move. Good luck.

tell your parents that it is too hard to live on your own on minimum wage but you'd like to chip in & offer to pay your way in food or electricity or something; with the plan to get a better job. If you chip in in good faith and show a willingness to pay your way they may help you out for a deposit on an appartment. There are alot of people who get roommates to split the cost of rent.
PS why do you think they are going to kick you out?
PPS are you "over 18" or "over 30"?

Use your head...
If you are over 18 and living at home and working you should be helping your parents.
It is costing them money to keep you and I will bet you are out spending every cent you make on yourself. Sit down with your parents and tell them HONESTLY how much money you make, what your budget is and how much you will be able to afford to give to them from each pay cheque to help with the cost of running a home. Everyone is having hard times with the high cost of living so I am sure if you offer to help them they will be more likely to let you stay at home.
This will be a help to you and a relief to your parents budget...

They're not very good parents if they are going to just throw you out on the street with no place to go.
