Not with me but with those customer service lines. It seems like everyday someone is being replaced by a computer or worse, a person who can't understand what we're saying and who we can't understand as well. I called a customer service line yesterday and, surprise to me, they were speaking French! I know some French but not that much! Why are the ones we took for granted being replaced. I honored their skill on handling a situation I couldn't! What can we do or at least what do you think?

i'm surprised they weren't speaking hindi or farsi. the fact is, it's cheaper to set up Customer Service buildings in India or some such place because they don't ask for as much wages. I had that happen when i still had Vonage. delays due to a bad connection, and a slight dialect barrier didn't help.

whenever my family has to call customer service they say "im going to call india now". jobs are moved to india because its cheaper to do work there, so corps are dumping americans and hireing apu who works for less. it is similar to the reason why people hire illegal immigrants
