I think Gangs are good, but Gang Violence is wrong, so We have to create more recreational and Cultural activities for Youths!

Gang is a formal or informal group consisting of three or more people that is involved in the commission of criminal acts(as one of its activities), or has two or more members who engage in common activities. The Republican Gang, the Punks, the Hells Angels, the Hippies, the Lwayers. the Protestants, the ......U name it.
We all are in gangs, one way or the other, cos we are social beings.
Gangs shoudn't be criminalized!

Actually, none of those animals travel in gangs.
Wolves travel in packs, lions in prides, buffalo in herds, apes in families or tribes, and bears... don't. I don't know where you got the bears from.
And in any case, these animals travel in "gangs" because that is their entire community. Humans have the opportunity to stay in one area, one community. So the need for gangs is little or none. The need for gang violence is even less. It's just stupidity mounting stupidity.

Humans have a society to live in where peace should be enforced. We aren't animals eating one another. Gangs are not good. They promote violence and hatred. Animals gather in packs to protect their FAMILIES. That is what humans should do.

Because we have a forebrain which tells us the difference between good and bad. Animals don't have that, they don't know the diff between good or bad. So they roam and attack in packs. Only mentally challenged humans do that. Or sad gang bangers.
