dude - I wouldn't be trading any of your receivers right now, without getting any receivers in return. Jackson doesn't have anybody throwing to him for the next three weeks, then Alexander will be back, and their running game will impede on the passing game.
Santana Moss is not a real reliable week to week guy. His history shows most of his points are accumulated by two or three HUGE games per season, then he disappears (like this past week.)
The Bears are going to start running the ball al LOT more as the rest of the season goes on - you have to take into account what kind of weather they are going to be playing in a month from now. Considering that, Berrian isn't going to be as strong of a player as you think he will be down the road.
I actually like your situation at runnning back. The Jets really seem to have settled on Washington at the RB. I'd hold on to him.
If you really feel like you must pull the trigger on one of these deals, #2 is the better way to go. You'd be getting more value for Moss than he's worth, but I'd try to work in another deal to shore up your receiver position.
Maybe you can work your extra D, TE, and K's for a solid #2 or 3 guy..
Good luck!

Portis has been hurting all year. With Westbrook also having injury issues, you're taking a big risk with the first trade.
Moss for Dunn is a better trade. Dunn is in the top five in rushing and you have Berrian, who isn't a bad #2 WR, to plug in. Moss is also hurting, so you may have to use Berrian anyway. Plus Moss is on a bye this week. Redskins have QB issues too. This trade would give you a good #2 RB in Dunn.

I worry about Portis because if the 'Skins are out of contention toward the end of the season (fantasy playoffs) then you could start seeing Jason Campbell at the QB spot, so teams would load up and try to stop the run. In the short term, CP has a bye this week, and Dunn gets Cincy, Detroit and Cleveland in the next three weeks, which should mean some good fantasy numbers if he stays healthy.

Accept trade #1. Then put Berrian as WR, Chicago ahs an amzing offense this year. I also reccomend starting new orelans this week against baltimore. Its a much better matchup then atlanta against cinci.

exept trade one but not trade two. Portis is awesome and will put up good numbers for the rest of the year. You also put berrian inti jacksons slot and berrian does not have a bye week for the rest of the season. You will easily win the title if you exept trade one.

Portis is not only banged up but playing on a weak offense which will unfortunately be throwing more and more as the season progresses so I would stay away from that trade. A trade for Tiki Barber would be a good bet if you can get it.

Warrick is a better option because he is on a running team that knows that they are a running team, Clinton is hurting, (2nd time this seaon) and their offense is sputtering. I dont the anyone will accept either offer though, i know i wouldnt
