boolprop testingCheatsEnabled true - This is by far the best cheat for the Sims 2, although you have to be careful with it as some people have said that it can mess up your game. Personally, I have never had any problems with it, but I would find a good Tutorial, there are loads available on www.thesims2.com If you look in the exchange under stories you should find one that will tell you what to do with this cheat.
PS. Teenagers can't woohoo, unless you have a hack installed in your game. A good one in the inteenimator available here www.insimenator.net...just make sure you want a hack in your game.

teens can not woohoo, unless you have a hack for it (I find that hacks mess up the game, so I don't suggest downloading one). To get two people to woohoo they have to be in love (not just a crush, it has to be the RED heart in the relationships panel) And then get both sims to relax on the bed, or go into the car or photobooth and then there will be an option to woohoo. Oh, that wasn't your question really was it. Sorry. Um... Good cheats... Depends on what expansion packs you have.

If you enter 'boolprop testingCheatsEnabled true' while on an neighborhood NOT a family then go onto family and make their surname begin with 'N' a message comes up and allows you to acess on make a sim alien, zombie and manaquine skins as wellas loads of bonus hairs and clothes for ALL ages (but it's mainly for teenager sims and above).
I also know how to MANUALLY controle needs, skills and personality! First, type in 'boolprop testingCheatsEnabled true' again on a neighborhood then go on a family. You will then be able to change needs, skills etc(needs will still go up and down as usual depending on what your sims do).These are sims 2 pc cheats and no teens can't woohoo unless you hack which can damage the game and computer.

motherlode gives you 50,000 points to buy stuff oh and if you want the parents to woo hoo have them both be happy and relax in the same bed and then press on one of them and it will say "woo hoo" press on that oh and you have to be one of the other parents and click on the other parents! idk about the sims 2. but in the regular sims its shift, ctrl, alt, C and then u type rosebud.
