I'm not sure if I understand your question. I will do my best.
Many religions believe that animals do not have souls and that they simply blink out of existence when they die.
Other religions believe that animals do have souls and travel to heaven after death the same way humans do.
Or are you asking if animals have religions of their own? I don't doubt it, to a certain degree. I believe that animals are aware of the spiritual world and have their own ways of communicating with it.
If you read the book, Watership Down, by Richard Adams, the rabbits of the story have a religion of sorts, built on the legends and stories of rabbits in the past. The book is fiction, of course, but it can make a person wonder if animals can have a belief in divine beings.

i don't know the religion of birds but almost sure that religion of animals will be same as urs.

we used to say that cats have 9 lives and dogs go to heaven
so they must be some religion propagating the idea of life after death and multiple lives

I do not think animals have the cognitive ability to have a religion, but they say all dogs go to heaven. At least one of mine is there right now.

God created the birds and beast, and he created man to rule over them. Only menand women have eternal souls. It is your choice either to burn in Hell or spend eternity in Heaven. It's simple, and the only way to Heaven is through salvation that Jesus Christ paid for all at Calvary.
