is there a way for him to force himself to ejaculate just to make you think he's having a good time? No. Can he moan and stuff to make you think he's ejaculating? Not really, if you're paying attention. If stuff comes out, he's having an "organism."

Hmmmm good question! I wonder if it is at all possible, when in such a moment of intimacy to actually fake an orgasm? I know myself I've had "close calls" which were almost like "faking it" except I wasn't faking; just came damn close!
So I imagine it could be possible to fake it, even for a guy, but he would deffinatly need to be a darn good actor, unless he's the "quiet" type...

I personally wouldn't know, but i would say so because one can't always be certain if one is faking, But i've heard there are ways to see if someones faking.
