oversize t shirt/sweatshirt (torn or cut short) over long tank top
flats or tennis shoes

high pony tail, teased hair

This should be easy considering the 80s are coming back in style.
Grab some leggings,
a over-sized, crazy colored sweatshirt (cut the neck out so it hangs off your shoulder),
Tank top in a different funky color than the sweatshirt(so it shows under the over-sized sweatshirt),
scrunchy socks,
keds shoes,
a sweatband in your hair,
and CRAZY makeup (blue eyeshadow, bright pink lipstick, and lots of blush!)
For colors think florescent!!!
For hair... do the side ponytail.
Have fun with it!

Parachute pants with a neon pink top. Sneakers with neon laces. Big hair with a banana clip. Another idea would be to find a pair of two -toned jeans. these are jeans where half is normal denim and the other half is the underside so it looks like half is inside out.
A "flashdance" top might be a good idea too. This is a (ussually) cut away sweatshirt type fleece shirt with only one sleeve and the other is just a strap that kind of looks like a bra showing.

You absolutely want to wear your hair in a high ponytail on the side with some leggings and a V - neck oversized sweater...like pink not just pink as we know it...but FUSCIA...oh dont forget the leg warmers, a couple of jelly bracelets and slap bracelets...oh and a charm belt...and of course you gotta end with jelly sandals...everyone had a pair..
PS - make sure your nails are that same ghastly color fuscia....you'll be so retro its unbelievable.

Leg warmers with a short, rounded heel, a mini skirt [no leggins with leg warmers] or skinny jeans, a big, oversized "boyfriend" sweater, plastic earrings and necklace, a WWJD bracelet, some blue eyeshadow, LOTS of black mascara, no eyeliner, a scrunchie that matches the sweater, and then crimp your hair/ scrunch it with mousse and put it up in a side-pony, very high. You'll look "rad"!

Check out some pictures o f Madonna back then. Scarf on head tied in the front, socks with lace and high heels, lots of bracelets, leggings and skirt, lots of long necklaces, lace gloves, big earrings.

High waters (pants too short and tight), multicolored socks that are mix matched, tight leather jackets, 1 glove without finger holes, crimpled hair in a ponytail or really BIG hair, big earrings, funky colored makeup like blue and fushia
